What are the daily limits on the Free plan?+

Exports, printing, and AI usage each have a daily allowance that resets every day; the Free AI allowance is intentionally small. Exact export and print limits are still being tuned — contact the team for the current numbers.

How does AI usage work on paid plans?+

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI actions — 500 per month on Plus, and 1,000 per seat per month on Teams, pooled across the organization. Need more? Purchasable credit packs are only drawn once the monthly allowance is used up.

Where is my data processed by AI features?+

AI features run through EU-hosted providers configured for zero data retention — your document content is not stored by the AI provider or used to train models.
