Withdraw from contract

Use this form to tell AltoDocs that you withdraw from your subscription purchase. Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for a new subscription. You do not need to give a reason.

To stop future renewals and keep access until your paid period ends, use Cancel subscription in Billing.

By pressing Confirm withdrawal, you notify AltoDocs: “I withdraw from my AltoDocs subscription contract.”

You can also send an unambiguous withdrawal notice to contact@altodocs.io or AltoDocs ApS, Vennemindevej 18, st. tv., c/o Kunt Alp Celebi, 2100 København Ø, Denmark. Include your name and enough information to identify your subscription.
